I'm thinking about getting a tattoo on my wrist, but it might jeopardize me...

...with my future career I want to get an ekg that loops into a heart of my wrist, for personal reasons.
It's the only place on my body that I'd want a tattoo.

But I'm studying to become a meteorologist, so would have a tattoo on my wrist affect my ability to work at certain places in the future?
 
Yes it could. There is alot of compitition in today's job market and first impresions count. If you must get a tattoo get one that you can cover up for interviews. I would wait you might not even want it in afew years anyway, Remember once you get a tatto it is there forever. You can't take it back.
