Im thinking of buying a 2005 infiniti g35 sedan for 13,500?

Okay so the car has a little over 100,000 miles, the person im buying it from has it well taken care of, he also provided me with the carfax report. the car sounds amazing, but i wanted to get some opinions first. does it sound like a good deal? I would really apreciate the feedback thanks.
 
if you can afford it its a great car. a little pricy on gas as well as parts but that's the norm for a luxury car. i would bring it to a nissan dealer and get it checked out before purchasing. many people fail to do that and that extra 100-150$ really saves alot of heart ache in the end
