healthy breakfast? -1/2 cup of Fiber one Cereal, 100 calories 14g of fiber
-Instant Quaker Oatmeal, 'Regular' 120 calories 3g of fiber
-Splenda for the oatmeal
-Green Tea with Ginseng and honey
-Handful of Frozen Fruit (We didn't have any fresh fruit), strawberries, blueberries, rasberries
-And Ice Water
