I've always been a picky eater and always been on the thin side (except for when I went to college and had to eat the greasy, fatty cafeteria meals every day, plus alot of fast food late nights) .
-What should I be eating alot of- proteins, or something else?
-I never paid attention to calorie intake before, hwo many calories a day should I be getting, I'm small-boned and only 5'3/1/2". I notice vitamin bottles say "based on a 2000 calorie diet", but I dont think I could ever eat that much.
-Any other tips you could give me?

Thanks alot =)

Drink plenty of 2% milk, use whey protein, and peanut butter. If you want to gain weight in a healthy way that will actually add to your health, you might consider weightlifting while eating at least 500 extra calories per day.
