I'm With Rogers, BBM Without Email Plan?

I'm with Rogers in Canada and I want to get a BlackBerry but i am already paying way too much for unlimited texting on my simcard. I would like a BlackBerry for easier texting/conversation sorting and holding/BlackBerry Messenger (BBM) but i do not need an e-mail plan. I'm 15 years old, and i would say about half of my friends own a blackberry and have BBM. what are the chances that these highschool kids all have email plans? I really don't need email but stilll want a BlackBerry. And don't tell me i shouldn't get a blackberry because that's not the point of this question. the question is how do i get (obviously preferably) as cheap a plan as possible with unlimited texting and bbm? do i need to get a whole new plan or say i buy just the blackberry without a plan and put my simcard in, will i still get bbm? will i get a pin #? every blackberry comes with a pin number specific for each model right, like a serial code # that is? im confused. HELP!!!!
