im with rogers, how much would it cost to do a hardware upgrade to a 3g iphone?

ive been with rogers for about 3 years. i had a 2 year contract, it ran out, so i got an lg shine with a 3 year contract. i am 1 year into the 3 year contract and i want to upgrade to a 3g iphone. how much would that cost me? o and my phone bill is about $60 a month and i always pay them on time, if that helps/matters.
