hi! im jason, and well here's the situation. i reformatted my computer because there was a virus, so now the virus is gone! However, with the factory settings, my computer's images on the internet are blurry. For example, the yahoo in yahoo answers on the top of the page is not clear. Every time i have reformatted this computer, the images are blurry, and i usually call dell to give me a certain website on their page to fix it, but they want to charge me because my warrenty expired
