My father submitted petition to bring uncles and aunt to US, but my father passed away recently. A week ago, National Visa Center sent a letter to request some fees in order for National Visa Center to forward the paperwork to the embassy of the other country.

My question is, my father passed away, can I (nephew) continue the paperwork to bring my uncles and aunt over? or are all the paperwork my father have done along with the 10 years of waiting, went to waste? Can I continue my father's petition or do I have to start a new one?

Thank you in advance.

No you cannot. You would to start all over. All their information relates to your father and not you and therefore you start over
