If someones parents were never married, but their Dad was British and their Mum was from the Philipenes and they were born in the Philipenes and then immigrated to Libya with their Mum. When the trouble started to get to bad in Libya they came to the UK with their Mums boyfriend who is British and is acting in Loco Parentis and has a legal document saying so, how would they go about getting citizenship or a visa what allows them to go to school.
