In 2008, while his mother was serving in Iraq, Jamiel Shaw II (17) was murdered! The convicted felon who murdered Jamiel is an illegal alien gang member from Mexico, "brought to the USA as a child & later joined a gang"; he was negligently released from custody on March 1, 2008 & Murdered Jamiel on March 2, 2008. The trial finally started on April 24, 2012. He was found guilty on May 9, 2012. The Jury Recommended the death penalty on May 23rd, 2012 & the Judge is Scheduled to Sentence him October 26, 2012.
