In a few years do you think beachfront real estate will pick up?

I want to try to be a real estate agent and sell beachfront properties (we are planning to move to N. Carolina coast). I still have two more years of college to get my bachelor's degree, then some time to go through real estate school. Do you think it will bounce back?
 
i suggest you attend RE school NOW, concurrent
with your BA work. I can tutor you for free.
