...to internet. Can i connect to them? I have a BSNL broadband home plan. After connecting to the internet i see some computers appear in "My Network Places". I cant understand from which place are these computers appearing and wonder can i share my files with them. If all of those were from same geographical location, why only 10 or 20 computers are visible. BSNL has many customers in our locality. I also tried to access one computer and got the sense that it is another place nearly 2000 KM away. Can anybody explain why am i able to see these computers and can i be able to share my files with them when i am not connected to internet?
