...noticed the price difference is: Rogers? charges $44.95/mth for upto 7.0 mbps download. It is Cable Modem internet. Aliant offers DSL Service. Their charge is 47.95 per month but requires a 12 month contract. Without the contract the charge is 57.95/ month. The speed they claim to offer is 5.0 mbps. why is it that Alaint can charge more, while their speed is only 5.0 mbps dsl, compared to Rogers 7.0 mbps Cable Modem? how do they really compare in speed?
