in judaism? do exist rites for exorcism or they believe in possessions of demons?

Judaism doesn't believe in "demons," perse, but there is focus on the soul and what happens to it in the afterlife. Unlike Christianity, which believes that demonic possession is a Satan thing, Judaism (and the Kabbalah) point out that random possession occurs because a soul is either trying to 1) continue doing good works on the material plane and occupies a human body to do those good things or 2) is a little confused, did something horribly wrong, and is trying to right that wrong through possessing someone else. Possession from the Jewish way of thinking can be quite unobtrusive.

There is such a thing as Jewish exorcism -- the goal of it is to show the soul that it needs to move on. Ahat's done in such a situation is that a group of people get together and, led by a rabbi, chant psalms. The attempt isn't to force a violent exorcism, but rather, to gently encourage the soul to another plane where it belongs.
