IN Saskatchewan is it true that telus's celliur phone signals comes from the sasktel

towers also or no? many of my friends tells me this and got me interested. i found this awesome cellphone from telus and was wondering if what they told me was true. if i bought the cell and have no signal then i would be screwed. could some one please confirm this for me please.

People confuse antenna's with towers. Towers CAN be owned by a carrier but are typically owned by 3rd party companies, Most towers have multiple carriers on them (all with there own antenna's and equipment). If Telus is your carrier, then thats who will provide your service. (with the exception of when you roam)
