I have my dependents with me, This is my third command and my second overseas with my last one being a riverine command. I got orders to Italy and when I got to my command I was told we are moving to Spain. This is my third straight 'Sea Duty' and I am up for Shore already. The shop I work in is full of people and is not hurting for body's. I just really what to go back to the states and move on from this experience  What if any thing can I do to leave my command at my 24 month mark or sooner.  I am a E5 - Tired of of being jerked around by the Navy</blockquote>
