I take 337mg right now, can I raise it by 1/4 a pill a day? I tried it last night, it instantly makes me feel good the first couple of days, will I be ok? or maybe just add the 1/4 on the days I feel the worse, ie, Sunday-Tues.the Dr doesn't increase it, but, I need just that little bit of something.please don't tell me to ask my dr.
