Indiana state Sen. Greg Walker (R) and state Rep. Wes Culver (R) recently outlined plans for bills that would ban abortion procedures after 20 weeks' gestation and bar Planned Parenthood of Indiana from receiving public funding, the Indianapolis Star reports. Walker and Culver said the first bill specifically aims to prevent Nebraska-based abortion provider LeRoy Carhart from offering abortion care later in pregnancy in Indiana.
