...in skin color. Were u joking...? ...About why Africans and other Asians couldn't pass for italians? Indians would have better a chance passing as a Turk or Greek. I had a roommate in college that wanted people to believe he was Italian. He said his last name was Jain & that it was shortened from Jainella when his grandparents came from Italy. There is no such Italian surname as Jainella, the Italian language doesn't even produce such spelling for a last name. Other Indians told us he was lying. Jain is a common Indian surname. There's a Religion named Jainism in India. He was just a very light skinned Indian that was ashamed of who he is & why would he try to pass 4 Italian.
