Infiniti G35 Power door lock problem?

i own a 2004 G35 Coupe and my power door locks don't work! basically when i press the lock switch on tha door panel you can hear a click but the doors wont lock! i have to manually lock tha doors, i was told it possibly could be tha Actuator? and if so, would i need to replace both door actuators or only tha driver door so that both doors will lock?

If both doors won't lock with the button, then both actuators are bad. And will need to be replaced. Or it may just be the rods that connect the actuators to the latch are disconnected. I would suggest taking the door trim panels off first and watching what happens when you push the lock button. Good luck
