Install apps on iPad without Cydia or Computer from 4shared?

I have downloaded an actual .ipa app from 4shared.com and want to install it. The .ipa file is in my email, and also on DropBox. The .ipa is MagnetPro. How do I install this .ipa on my iPad without jailbreaking or using a computer?
