Installing DVD/CD burner help again?

Uhmmm another question Do i have a IDE port or sata port or does it matter?I dont wanna open my computer untill i get my dvd drive
Model:VGC-RB53
Sony Vaio
 
I`ve googled the specs for your VGC-RB53.
It doesn`t show whether ide or sata for your dvd drive connection.
It does matter, so you will really have to open it up in advance.
