installing powered seats in an audi a4 when there was not powered seats

to begin with? is this a hard task? i currently have the non-powered seats on which you use the levers to put you seat back. the seats are heated. there is a tear in the driver seat.

my question is, how hard is it to install audi a4 POWERED seats in replace of mine?
