I have installed front brakes on a number of vehicles, and know my way around pretty well when it comes to pads, shoes, calipers, rotors, etc. However, I know that some vehicles have different brake components on the rear as opposed to the front. My wife has a 1999 Honda Odyssey minivan that, according to the guy who put new tires on, needs brake work on the back wheels. He said it's close to being metal on metal. Is there anything unique that I should be aware of about installing rear brakes on this vehicle? Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks!
