I received a letter the other day off the third parties insurers saying that on behalf of their client they admit fault.
I received a letter today of my solicitors saying that he phoned them up (15days later than when I received the letter off his insurance) saying he denied being at fault and that the claim was in dispute.
What does this mean? Could the insurance company have made a mistake and sent the letter out? If so does this mean they can retract their admission of fault?
Thanks
