Yesterday I was backing up all my files from a computer to another one. Everything seemed problem-free, but after 10 minutes the computers became nearly idle in file transfer. Just as I thought it might be the problem of the connection, I found out that when I tried browsing the targeted folder, or just the directories nearby, the transfer rate would back to normal. And if I did the other things like typing documents, the transfer speed would become slow again; my question is if there are some tweaks which can solve this unnamed issue. Thanks.
