So I have to give a four minute long persuassive speech next week, and i am terrified. Public speaking and I do not hang out together, we are quite the pair of enemies. I want to think of a good intersting fun topic that is witty and funny. Everyone in my class is doing the usual: don't smoke, recycle...blablabla. If I just stand there and do that i will be terrified- I need something that is funny and unordinary so i feel a little more comfortalble so I can kind of laugh though it with the class.So far I have: Harry Potter should be read in schools (letting my nerd flag fly high, i know) or "You SHOULD smoke" just to change it up a bit. Anyone else have any more ideas? Something kind of ridiculous, but still persuassivey and logical. You would be my favorite person, I am very much stumped on what to do. Much appreciated, cheers
