Okay. I'm taking my SAT, etc. for the last time (Senior year in HS) and not only am i concerned about studying. I'm also worried about not knowing what do to do in my near future. Medicine, for now. Since my parents don't really approve of designing--and i'll just take up make up as a hobby. But anyway, internal medicine seems good right? I'm not a big fan of surgical diagnostics, or anesthesiologist. Immunology seems good as well, i'm as well afraid i'm not one of the "best" in my family. Since all went to Berkeley, Davis, stuff like that. Not sure if any went to Harvard, i think you get my point somehow. I just think that medicine is boring, for the fact most of my cousins are either in medicine or attending med school. But i understand if the older generations want the current generation to have a stream of doctors.

My question is: will becoming an internist be just like physician?

And what do you when you major or become a "private practice" physician?

Let's say i go to Brown (just saying, though i've got big dreams about that college since i was 11), go for 5-6 year (Master's degree), study premed and then med school?

This one really has my stomach flopping up and down:
You take premed in whatever college, then med school?
Or is it premed and med school all in whatever college?

Thank you. Senior year and still clueless. Heheh.
