I have set up 2 new users accounts for my kids on my laptop (vista) however I can only get them internet access if I set them up as administrators which in turn means they can turn the parental controls off! What am I missing. We are connected to internet via wireless ntl broadband

Well first get your I.P address, go to http://whatismyip.com/ and look at the numbers it should look like this 12.34.56.789 but with different numbers. Now open your internet browser and type in the numbers you saw. You should be prompted for a user name and password, most of the time the username is admin and the password is password. now go to the content filtering section and then block sites or something like that. Now you can enter ket words wich it will block!

get your I.P address, go to What Is My IP | Shows Your IP Address.

There is a similar ip search site called IP-Details.com to check our External ip address. Here it display IP address, ISP, Location, Country and so on,...
