looking to make money from my website by getting advertisement , my domain is http://www.myacode.com/ and i tried to apply for a ypn but i do not have a Valid U.S. Social Security or Tax ID Number? as i am not a us citizen nore is my company us based . I am Irish as is my website and not having this is causing problems can any one help me get one ? or even help me 2 sign up 2 different publisher sites not google but ones that pay cpm preferably .
