Internet + audio set up = How do i get music for my cafe?

I have a lap top with internet. and i also have a audio set up that is equipped with cd player, radio, reciever and wall speakers. Id like to play music stright from the internet but sites that play non stop music with no commericals. something like sirus radio.
what site and how do i do i go about doing this. like how will i hook up my lap top to the audio and what site? thanks
