Internet browser has been hijacked help!!?

Nearly every link I click on leads to another site. My Mcafee didn't pick up anything so I scanned with Kaspersky free net scan. It picked up some trojans but they are in windows/system 32, for example one trojan is C:\Windows\System32\mf21950.dll. Can I just delete these or will that cause problems?
