internet dial up question?

ok, so my mom has been asking me this and I have no idea?
my mom has dial up at her house and is it possible for her to share the dial up at another house, like her brother? they both have phone lines, and she had dial up software att, like add 2 accounts on the software???
 
yoric h is right but dont get caught doing it. you arent allowed to move your equipment out of your house and go somewhere else with it. i work for a cable co.
