internet downloading speed decreased...?

when I downloaded files, i had average of 300kb/s... but one day it

dropped and dropped and now it goes at about 24kb/s

it is pissing me off so much and makes me wanna smash my laptop

and router.... i have wireless and please help me find reason why it

dropped and way to make it to my normal dl rate please thanks
