Internet Explorer on my PC keeps shutting down on me. Does anyone know what I can do

to fix this problem ? I do NOT have Qwest internet and Internet Explorer, as I understand it is by Qwest. My Internet Explorer keeps shutting down completely on me while I am on line.Does anyone know how I can fix this problem or who I can contact to fix this problem?
