Internet Gone really really slow past couple of days....!?

everytime i have gone on the internet between 10:30 am and 5pm for the last 3 days it has been very very slow and when ever i play runescape during these times it lags alot...i dont no why this has happened because before or after the times stated the internet works fine and has been like this since like i had it...

My computer has 448 Mb of RAM and 64mb graphics card...but these dont affect nothing because these came with my computer originally and have been perfect...

if any of you could tell me what to do i would appreciate it lot...

Depends- when is it exactly slow? is it while surfing the internet, or when running progrmas? either way, you can make it go faster. If your internet is slow, you should scan your computer for viruses and spyware using suitable programs(for example- avast anti virus or spybot). If you still experience the same problem I would advise you to delete the computer after backing it up, and then installing a new copy of Windows. if your problem is with programs running slowly- I can advise you to download this software, which can extremely help- CCleaner..Good Registry Cleaner will improve your computer and Internet performance dramatically! Do all these and Perform speed here scanmyspeed.com once it will sounds better ...
