Internet is using only .25% of its power. WTF?

My computer says the connection is excellent, but it isn't. I have no viruses or anything else wrong with the computer since its only like 2 months old.
 
Do you mean the results you find through Task Manager ( ctrl+alt+del )?

If so, most internet connections ( Ethernet ) can connect at 1000MB/s.

Your ISP can NEVER provide such a fast connection to you, and Windows just simply reports that you are utilizing 1/800 the max bandwidth your router can provide.This is useful if you are running home networks, or massive file sharing configurations etc.
