Internet keeps disconnecting every few minutes?

Hey guys my internet keeps disconnecting, the internet light on the modem turns of then i have to return on the modem. This also effects the phoneas it produces a buzzing sound however it never used to to this ( i have a filter to phone and modem)

so just wondering what it is, the phone compny BT said theres nothing wrong withthe lineand that its my broadband that is the problem, thanks for any help
 
It looks like a problem with your router. If you have an ethernet cable you can plug it from your router into your laptop and see if it disconects then,
