When i would bend or twist it a certian way it would always connect. Try this, try taking out the router and connecting the computer to the modem directly. if it works with now problems then you know that you have a bad connection with the router. IF you have problems still take a look at the lights on the front of the modem and put some pressure on the RJ-45 jack till one of them lights up. if that happens you will need a new cable modem.</blockquote>
