Internet pages wont load at all? e.g Hotmail.com?

Ive had this promlem at home for ages.Some of the internet pages wont load at all such as Hotmail and Yahoo.It cant be my laptop because it works on other wireless routers.I have Virgin broadband at home and use a Belkin wireless router but even when I dont use the wireless router it still doesnt work!?! Please help
