you will neve get 100 % of your upload or download speeds. sorry thats just the facts. you can find out what your is by going to anumber of different places. try speakeasy speedtest. bring up yahoo and go to search bar once you start typing it in it will automatically pop up below

Maximum you should be able to get from that is about 2420kbps....wow thats yummy i wanna live where you do 
I get 350mb episodes of tv shows in about 20 mins at 1/10th of that speed, so a film at 700mb should take 4 mins.......wow

on adsl 2 i'm close to the exchange station and so i get about 18mbits/s
that makes my max download speed 2.5mbytes/s
but it's always less on torrents
my torrent downloads (i don;t do many, and when they are, they aren't very popular ones) they never go above 500k max
but i still love my adsl 2.... just hate my 12gb download limit, i can use that in a day easily
i left steam updating for 20mins and it had download 1gb
that makes my max download speed 2.5mbytes/s
but it's always less on torrents
