I want to send my invisible shield screen protector back for a new one with their Lifetime Guarantee because a hair got caught under the screen. Apparently I call, ask for them to send me one, and I'll send my other one back.
However, they say their lifetime guarantee doesn't cover installation errors, only damage or peeling done to the screen. How exactly do they check to make sure I didn't return it for installation errors?
I mean if I send the other screen back in an envelope to the company, are they going to observe it and make judgments on why I really exchanged it?
