Using Proxy is not that good and safe to change your IP.There are other ways to change your IP.If you are having a Static IP then you need to request for a new IP from your ISP.If you are having a Dynamic IP then you can reset the modem(switch it OFF and ON) and this will generate a new one.You can check for the change by visiting Ip-details.com and confirm it.
