iPad 2 or Inspiron Duo?

Hello. Im saving up for a laptop and im debating on the inspiron duo or the iPad. The duo is nice , but not as much games. But the iPad is expensive, so I'm leaning toward the iPad, but I want to know when the new one is coming out. I want it soon, my latest is august. So which one should I get and when will the iPad 2 come out
