I received an iPad 4 for christmas, and up until last week it had been running perfectly. Since then, when I've been using the device it keeps rebooting to the apple logo, then taking me back to my home screen. It doesn't do it every minute, only when I'm using specific apps, like youtube and some games. I've been looking into 'fixes' through the apple forums etc. and have tried doing the home button/sleep reset, then I have plugged it into my computer and done a full restore, but nothing has happened. Now I'm stuck, because I don't know how to fix this issue. I do, however, leave the iPad on all the time and it is left to be charging quite a lot, I don't know if this would affect it in any way, as I have the iPhone 4S and this is always on/charging too. At the moment I'm trying to drain the battery and leave it off, to see if this will work, however, I'm not convinced it will. If anyone has had this problem before, have you fixed it, and how have you fixed it? Thanks.

Urrrrgh this is so annoying isn't it! I had this problem with my iPhone but was able to fix it by upgrading to iOS 6 from iOS 5. However that's no help to you! I looked online for tips when it happened to me, and if you switch your iPad off overnight and also drain the battery as you are doing, before charging, people say these things might help. Don't whatever you do download any app that claims to fix it. These are just a way to hack into your iPad.
