its on you if u want something u play games and surf online when ur at home with all itouch apps then go with ipad..
then if u need a cellphone u should get iphone 4 with 16 gig..and iphone 4 is only with atnt unless u buy it online unlocked.
for htc incredible its a good phone has android as os and is with verizon network..which u can't get it unlocked...
so go with ipad i guess....and happy b'day in advance...
