iPhone 3G is stuck in restore mode. Help?!?

i was trying to jailbreak my cousin's iPhone and i put it in recovery mode and started restoring it. I accidentally closed iTunes and the restore process stopped. The iPhone 3G is now stuck in the restore part and the bar is empty and will not let me turn it off. Does anyone know how to fix this?
