iPhone 4 or iPad? Please help me choose?

Just a simple vote answer thing - please someone help me decide, iPhone 4 or iPad? I have a jailbroken iPhone 3G - which is superslow, though it has multitasking and wallpapers. Should iGet the iPhone 4 - but has the antennae issue or iPad?
