IPhone data network 200mb?

I have the iPhone and I only got the 200mb dara plan. I know that wifi is free but I don't wanna go over the 200mb because I don't want to pay $15. Is there a way to see if you are using the 200mb? I got the twitter app and there is no way to log out. When i have no wifi and I using the 200mb? I am not using this app. Only when I have wifi on.

go to settings and general menu. here you can figure out how much data has transferred. if you want to see month by month then reset the figures at the end of the month or last day of your billing. hope this is helpful.
