My 3g iPhone 4.2.1 redsn0w jailbroken, was working fine until last night all of my computers (5 of them) are saying "usb device not recognized". however my new iPhone is being recognized without a problem. I want to simply restore the iPhone through iTunes and forget about the jailbreaking but iTunes is not picking up my phone so i cannot restore...
I have done everything i can from starting apple mobile device services, from un-install and re-install the newest version of iTunes and it's componenets but still can't get my phone to be recognized.
any help would be awesomely apreciated...
Yes i am using my new apple cable that was packaged with my 3gs that i purchased earlier today. I am trying the reset all settings and content option right now and hope if this would fix it or at least get the PC to recognize the phone then i could restore it in a jiffy, if anyone has any other ideas please let me know... thank you again everyones ideas count
